Dear DERT supporters,
Please join us on March 3rd, from 6 to 8 PM, to learn about the impacts of dams on waterways, habitat, wildlife, and human communities.
William Thoms and Dan Penn, staff members from Chehalis Tribe Cultural Resources, will provide an update on the Chehalis Dam proposal.
Jeff Dickison will speak about the successful removal of the Goldsborough Creek Dam in Mason County.
Sue Patnude, Executive Director of DERT, will provide an update on the draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Deschutes River dam and talk about the upcoming comment process.
