Dinner will be a scrumptious buffet which includes several vegetarian and vegan options. The menu includes: Grilled Pork Tenderloin, Citrus Marinated Chicken, Asiago Sun-dried Tomato Pasta Casserole, Butternut Squash Lasagna, Ratatouille, a Green Tossed Salad, and other fresh vegetables. Home baked breads accompany each table. Your taste buds will be delighted!
As always, we will have drinks available; beer and wine will sell for $5, non-alcoholic drinks are complimentary.
Opportunities to purchase “Events and Adventures” will be available. Please note that we will not be able to accept credit cards at the dinner – only cash and checks.
Our featured speaker will be Charles Bergman, author of “Every Penguin in the World, A Quest to See Them All.” He will share some of his and his wife’s thrilling adventures locating the 18 penguin species in the world, with many amazing photos.
