WINTER RAPTOR SURVEY PROJECT NEEDS VOLUNTEERS
The East Cascades Audubon Society of Bend, OR is the sponsor for this extensive project which covers 572 routes over 6 states. This will be its 21st year. Jeff Fleischer, the coordinator, has two open routes in our area – Winlock and Boistfort/Pe Ell. This involves doing one survey, which takes about 4 hours, during December, January, and February. The volunteer can choose their day to survey.
