Wings Over Whidbey is a day-and-a-half-day community birding festival with educational and informational presentations, guided birding tours, children’s activities and more. The festival will be at the Pacific Rim Institute amongst the forest and prairie vistas of central Whidbey Island. Keep checking the website for updates about activities at the festival.
