March will once again bring a Zoom gathering for people interested in spending some time discussing all things bird. Currently, the 2022 Othello Sandhill Crane Festival will be virtual. To register for the online festival, go to https://www.othellosandhillcranefestival.org/contact. However, if the state allows for in-person events and the Othello School District allows the Festival to hold its event at their facilities, organizers will adjust plans.
This year's Tundra Swan Festival is filled with presentations by the Northwest Swan Conservatory, Washington State Fish and Wildlife, and live Birds of Prey. After a bus ride to a nearby lake to view the swans, we will also enjoy a hot, buffet lunch. Get your tickets now. Seats are limited.
