Grays Harbor County Birding Hotspots

August 13, 2019

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

Black Hills Audubon Society has not ventured into Grays Harbor County in several years. Plan on a full day’s outing to scout shorebirds and myriad others in hotspots around the bay and along the Cranberry Highway. We will meet at Mud Bay Park and Ride at 7:00 a.m. Stops may include Hoquiam STP, Ocean Shores, Bottle Beach, Westport, and Tokeland, depending on what’s been sighted. Bring lunch and a scope if you have one. Bring a Discover Pass if you have one. Be ready to carpool with a full tank of gas or cash to pitch in for the driver’s gas if you don’t drive. No registration is required. Contact Kathleen Snyder at 425-971-8021 or ksnyder75@nullgmail.com if you have questions.
