Bird Walk at Nisqually NWR
June 15, 2016 @ 8:00 am-12:00 pm
Phil Kelley leads a bird walk every Wednesday at Nisqually Wildlife Refuge. The walk begins at the Visitor Center at 8 a.m. The public is welcome. Bring rain gear, walking shoes, water, snacks, binoculars, and scope if you have one. If you don’t have binoculars, you may borrow a pair at the Visitor Center. Dress in layers and be prepared for western Washington weather. See what birds are stopping over at Nisqually and which are staying year round.
The Refuge has a $3.00 entrance fee which is waived if you have a National Park pass or other applicable pass.
