October 10th – 10-Noon LBA Park Picnic Shelter, Morse Merryman Road
Come, eat cookies, breakfast bars and brownies, drink coffee and tea while you peruse the wonderful crafts the BHAS Crafts committee made for our 2020 BHAS Annual Dinner and Fundraiser that had to be cancelled. The only upside of its cancellation is it now presents you with an opportunity to get holiday shopping done early while supporting conservation efforts by your chapter. Birding related books will be for sale as well.
We have created a reusable cloth napkin Picnic Pouch that securely tucks away a set of stainless-steel utensils. These are easy to take on outdoor adventures, BHAS outings, and picnics. In addition, they are ecofriendly, beautiful and hand made by chapter members. Prices are $15 and $20.
We also have hand painted egg ornaments, etched glassware and the hand-dipped marbled ducks popular at the dinner 2 years ago. They sold out quickly and traveled all over the country as special presents to friends far away. The prices vary depending upon size.
We accept cash, check and credit cards.
All social distancing and COVID-19 precautions will be followed. Please wear the required masks and respect the 6’ rule while under the park’s picnic shelter; talking and walking in LBA park or its adjacent woods before or after shopping are on your own. The woods is home to many bird species.
