Would you like to meet virtually with other Washington State nature photographers? The Eastside Audubon chapter holds a monthly photo-sharing session on Zoom that is open to all Washington State Audubon members. Membership in the Eastside Audubon chapter is not required.
The group meets on the fourth Thursday of the month. The members, who range from novices to experts, share their latest photos, discuss techniques and equipment, and talk about best locations to photograph birds and other wildlife. The group is planning online workshops and in-person field trips when conditions permit. For more information, contact group leader John Spilker or subscribe to the group’s monthly announcements.
Also, be sure to check out the Black Hills Audubon photo gallery on our website. Everyone is invited to share 10 favorite bird photos to be posted in this gallery. To do so, we need the name of the photographer, the species in the photo, and the location of the shot. Please send the photos to Rachel Hudson.
