This Month with Deb
Many of you will recognize our former President as she dresses for birding with a European Flair. Deb’s frolicking locks hang down from her classic wool beret to warm her up during the Christmas Bird Count of 2020. Usually Deb can be found helping organize and making chili for the birders, but this year, she was out in the field with a striped skirt layered over grey tights that match her purse. Her black, winter Keen boots can traipse through trails and keep her feet warm at the same time. Some feng shui experts might say her red gloves pop to give off a vibe of energy and passion. The black scarf ties together the beret and the skirt and she clearly knows how to style it up for the greatest outdoor sport in Olywa, yet if her boyfriend calls, she can effortlessly transition to drinking a beer at “Fish Tale” or “State and Central”. Deb’s birding super power is her ability to slowly, silently and steadily move forward toward her target.
