The Black Hills Audubon Society Board decided to postpone our annual dinner (scheduled, as you know, for Saturday, March 7th.) We felt, given the coronavirus outbreak in our neighboring counties, that this is the socially responsible action to take. This difficult decision was not undertaken lightly, but we believe that it is in our members’ best interests to follow the recommendation of the King County Public Health Commissioner that persons, especially those over the age of 60 or in fragile health, avoid large gatherings if possible. We deeply regret any inconvenience that this may cause but protecting our members must be our primary concern.
We will get back in touch with you soon to let you know the Dinner’s new date, how to apply for a refund on your ticket if needed, and how to sign up for the spring Events & Adventures that are normally available for purchase at the Dinner. Tickets will be made available for purchase by individuals who were not previously enrolled but who wish to attend the Dinner on its new date.
