Swantown Field Trip – Olympia

Date: Monday, 8 November 2021
Start/End: 9-11 AM. Plan around two hours for the walk (though it could go longer if things get interesting).
Location: Meet at parking lot just past Swantown Marina boat launch on Marine Drive NE, Olympia. Look for people with scopes and binoculars.
Description: The walk starts from the parking lot, then out the transient dock/boat launch, then south along the inlet as the tide ebbs. High tide 8:48am, very high 15.9′. We might get some ducks and others near the beach shore when we begin.
