There will be times on OYAS field trips or at meetings when one or more photographs may be taken of members.  If appropriate, some of these photographs may be deemed useful to include on the Black Hills Audubon/OYAS website which is accessed publicly.

Please indicate, by signing below, whether you AND your parent/guardian agree or notto possibly having your photopublicly shown on the OYAS website.

Note: No names or personal information will be divulged without the expressed written consent of both the student and parent/guardian.
*A private communication site will be established for uploading and previewing photographs.
