LGBT Field Trip – Nisqually

This is the 4th year for the LGBT (Let’s Go Birding Together) birding walk at the Billy Frank Jr. Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge.  This outing is sponsored by PFLAG, USFW, and Black Hills Audubon.  Time is 6:30 to 8:30 pm.  Meet at the Education Center.  The taxidermy display will be available to view.

We will be walking on established trails – either gravel roads or wooden boardwalks.  There is a restroom available at the Visitor Center.  There is an entry fee of $3.00 or you can use a federal park pass if you have one.  Registration is not required.  Wear appropriate clothing and shoes and bring binoculars if you have them.
