NEW BINOCULARS FOR LOAN
In an effort to make birding more accessible to anyone who is interested, Black Hills Audubon recently purchased five pairs of binoculars. They are 8 x 42 power and manufactured by Celestron. Two pairs will be attached to our Birding Without Breakfast monthly walks. These outings are geared toward beginning birders.
The other three pairs are being kept in our storage unit. If anyone would like to borrow a pair for a BHAS-sponsored field trip, arrangements will be made to get them to the field trip leader. It is our hope that this will open up opportunities for many to enjoy the pleasures of birding.
