Understanding Birds in Your Backyard

Kim Adelson, a BHAS Board member and retired college professor who frequently lectures on backyard birds, will teach participants to recognize and identify about 20 bird species commonly found in yards in our area. The birds’ behaviors, preferred habitats, and idiosyncrasies will also be discussed, along with their feeder preferences and the best ways to attract them to yards. This is a great class for birders of all levels.

Olympia Center, Wednesday, March 11th 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
